Cancellation Policy & Fees
In order to recoup the cost of processing a reservation and to assist in reducing the loss of income for our drivers, one or more of these fees may be applied once a ride is cancelled. These fees will not apply if you reschedule your ride at the time of cancellation.
Standard Cancellation
Rides cancelled one week (7 days) or more before the scheduled pick-up time will be fully refunded without a late fee.
Late Notice Cancellation Fee - $25.00
Rides cancelled within one week (7 days) or less of the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded with a $25.00 cancellation fee applied.
Within 24 Hours Cancellation - NO REFUND
Rides cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a refund with the exception of any gratuity paid.
